Our Opportunity:

The A&D Mortgage 2025 Summer Internship Program is designed to provide undergraduate students with an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities of a full-time employee. Summer Interns receive comprehensive professional and educational experience through on-the-job training by joining a business group and working alongside team members who are experts in their fields. Internships Available In:

Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal, Underwriting and Human Resource

What You’ll Need:

• You have completed at least 3 years of a 4-year bachelor's degree program.

• Able to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week on site in Ft Lauderdale FL.

• The Internship will be 12 weeks from end of May to mid-August.

• Self-Starter. You are high-reaching and unstoppable. You have a can't-stop-won't-stop attitude and an urge to persevere until you get it right.

• Insatiable Appetite to Learn. You're always learning, growing, questioning, and challenging "what's been done before."
