We represent our A service in states but are striving to obtain licenses in every State of the US and to become a Nationwide Mortgage Lender.

Job Summary:
The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role involves assessing organizational needs, developing training strategies, and ensuring that learning initiatives align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Conduct organizational assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Program Development: Design and develop engaging learning programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Evaluation: Implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback.
- Collaboration: Work with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with departmental and organizational goals.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for learning and development programs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Talent Development: Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to support their growth.
- Compliance: Ensure all training materials and programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage learning technologies and tools to enhance training delivery and accessibility.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a learning and development manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
