A&D Trucking LLC is looking for a bookkeeper/administrative assistant to perform the following skills:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll & payroll taxes
- Insurance
- Inventory for truck shop
- Maintain shop records
- Mileage for drivers
- QuickBooks experience required
- Maintain licensure, permits, and records for semi trucks
- Minimum High School degree
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Answer and direct phone calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
