Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician to join our team! This role involves window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and distributing promotional flyers to help grow our business. The ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Clean residential and commercial windows using professional tools and techniques
- Perform pressure washing on driveways, sidewalks, and building exteriors
- Clean and maintain gutters to ensure proper drainage
- Assist with basic glass repair and installation as needed
- Distribute flyers and marketing materials in designated areas
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
- No experience required—we provide training!
- Must be comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
