We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team at A & D Window Cleaning and Repair. In this role, located in Austin, TX, you will be responsible for performing various repair tasks that enhance the functionality and appearance of windows. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on windows, ensuring they are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Replace window glass, hardware, and balances.
• Measure window glass for replacement.
• Assemble various window components as needed for repairs or installations.
• Apply caulking to seal gaps and improve energy efficiency.
• Lift heavy materials safely during repair tasks and installations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role related to window repair or construction.
• Strong skills in caulking, door hanging, and carpentry techniques.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
• Familiarity with remodeling processes is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
