As a Community Liaison here at A Day After Day Home Care, you will be responsible for acting as a bridge between the home care agency and the local community within Indiana. Your goal will be to primarily build relationships with potential referral partners or sources such as Hospitals, Assisted Living, Hospice, Skilled Nursing & Rehab, Home Health, and Senior Living communities to generate new clients by promoting and educating our agency's services while ensuring the community understands the available resources and benefits.
This can be achieved by participating or creating outreach activities, networking, and educating healthcare professional about the agency's capabilities.

- Proven sales and marketing skills to promote services and generate leads

- Proficiency in computer software for data management and reporting
- Minium of one year of experience in sales and marketing directly to Case managers, discharge planners, social workers, administrators and knowledge `
