Duties: - Efficiently dispatch transportation vehicles to designated locations - Utilize transportation management systems to track and monitor vehicle movements - Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner - Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet delivery schedules - Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members - Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies - Handle fleet management tasks efficiently - Utilize Oracle Transportation Management software for logistics planning - Operate phone systems and GPS devices effectively - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with stakeholders Qualifications: - Proven experience in dispatching or related field - Familiarity with transportation management systems - Strong data entry skills with high accuracy - Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes - Experience with Oracle Transportation Management software is a plus - Understanding of fleet management principles - Proficiency in operating phone systems and GPS devices - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Joining our team as a Dispatcher provides an opportunity for professional growth in the transportation industry.
