Job Description :
Job Summary : Responsible for interacting with the company's customers by addressing inquires primarily through inbound and outbound calls. This position does require working nights as well as weekends. Shift differential pay will be given for working the premium hours.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for interacting with customers via multi-line phone system, email, or in person to provide support and information on products and services.
- Customer Service Representative will forward request to appropriate departments when applicable.
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily routes for the Service / Maintenance Technicians.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interaction with detailed notes, complaints, or comments.
- Responsible for electronic filing, scanning, and mailings as needed.
- Provides maintenance membership information to customers.
- Included on the Call Center On-Call rotation to take after hours emergency calls.
- Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
