We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager to join our team. The Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the care and support services for individuals in need. This role requires a compassionate individual with strong interpersonal skills and a background in behavioral health and social work. *Responsibilities* - Provide comprehensive care management services to clients - Supervise and support clients in crisis situations - Coordinate access to housing resources, including Section 8 assistance - Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans - Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary - Collaborate with community partners to ensure clients receive appropriate services - Provide addiction counseling and support for individuals struggling with substance abuse - Assist with workforce development initiatives to help clients gain employment skills - Oversee childcare arrangements for families in need *Skills* - Strong background in behavioral health and social work - Experience in supervising and managing teams - Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs and resources - Proficient in crisis management and crisis intervention techniques - Familiarity with child welfare services and childcare support - Ability to provide addiction counseling and support services
