Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments to determine clients' requirements and develop appropriate care plans
- Provide crisis intervention and management when necessary
- Supervise and support staff in delivering quality care services
- Collaborate with external agencies and service providers to enhance client support
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients towards positive outcomes
Experience
- Experience in behavioral health and crisis management
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and Section 8 housing programs
- Proficiency in workforce development and child welfare services
- Ability to conduct addiction counseling and support individuals with substance use disorders
- Familiarity with supervising staff and managing care programs
