Nuevo agribusiness seeks Office Manager with strong communication skills and organizational abilities. We strive to provide our Customers friendly, accurate service and the Office Manager position is key to accomplishing that goal.
Job Description/Duties:
- Small farm office environment.
- With assistance of one or two other Customer Service Staff, ensure a high level of service through supervision or performance of order entry, dispatching trucks and preparing invoices. Customer Service is primarily telephone with some walk-ins.
- Monitor and make Customer calls on Accounts Receivable balances to ensure collection on a timely basis. Utilize Preliminary Notices and the Lien Law to assist in Collections.
- Maintain proper records including Receipts Posting, Bi-weekly Payroll hours, Reconciling Cash boxes, Month-End closing procedures, and various other accounting/paperwork tasks.
- Interface/coordinate with farm employees regarding Harvest, Trucking, and some Personnel issues.
- Interface/coordinate with the corporate office regarding accounting tasks.
- Work with the Farm Manager to support operational goals.
- Some Saturday mornings are required.
- Preferably live within 20 miles from Nuevo
- 4 years Customer Service/Office Management experience required
