Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of customers vehicles. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule drivers tasks and jobs.
- Perform data entry tasks related AAA dispatch, Tow book and scheduling of calls.
- Communicate with drivers and clients via phone, ensuring excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize transportation planning and efficiency.
- Using of maps to track and dispatch drivers accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in dispatching or transportation management is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
