What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sustainability and Compliance Leader position at A-Gas?
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive and productive relationships focused on growing A-Gas' SQE culture at all levels and within all SBUs of the Americas.
- Align with Group SQE on group policy and best practices and collaborate with the local SQE team on how to implement across the region.
- Lead the regional quality team to ensure maintenance of quality certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and drive continuous improvement within the region through those programs.
- Analyze risk, trends, and countermeasures to internal and external risk, and develop leading safety metrics to identify actionable safety targets and incident root causes.
