Job Overview: A GRADE Property Restoration is seeking an experienced Mitigation Director to lead our mitigation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry and excellent leadership skills.
About the Role: The Mitigation Director will be responsible for overseeing the management of emergency services and mitigation field activities, coordinating with the Production Manager to ensure timely completion of projects, training and mentoring team members on proper restoration techniques and industry best practices, and more.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant team management experience in the restoration industry
- Deep understanding of the restoration industry, including water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes and guidelines
- Computer savvy, including Outlook and Word
