About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Project Manager to join our team at A GRADE Property Restoration. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing our mitigation department in delivering top-notch services related to fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedule and oversight of mitigation projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with team members to set clear expectations and provide necessary tools for success
- Utilize Xactimate software to prepare detailed estimates
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant team management experience and leading a mitigation department in the restoration industry
- Xactimate estimating software proficiency
- Computer savvy including Outlook and Word
