Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction project estimates through detailed analysis of civil plans.
- Develop and maintain accurate construction estimates through detailed quantity takeoffs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to GADCO Safety Policies.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction/engineering discipline (or equivalent experience), preferred.
- Extensive experience in construction estimation and reading blueprints.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
