As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative at our Trucking Automation Company, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing logistics operations. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone systems, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions using GPS technology and Oracle Transportation Management tools.
- Assist in dispatching operations by coordinating with fleet management teams to ensure efficient transportation processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues related to supply chain logistics and enhance overall service delivery.
- Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers regarding their orders, ensuring transparency throughout the delivery process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing clear information to customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of dispatching processes and fleet management practices is a plus.

Pay: $22.45 - $25.96 per hour
