Reception
- Greet Visitors: Welcome guests professionally.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct calls.
- Access Control: Verify and log authorized entries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain visitor and incident logs.
- Inquiries: Assist with questions or direct to staff.
- Deliveries: Handle and distribute mail/packages.
- Security Support: Report issues and assist in emergencies.
- Scheduling: Manage appointments as needed.
- Bilingual - English-Spanish Preferred
- Other Duties as Assigned
