Key Responsibilities :
Engage with patients in a courteous and professional manner to address inquiries and concerns.
Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls and leads to schedule appointments that suit both patient and practice needs.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into booked appointments.
Collaborate with dental staff and administrative teams to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records in CRM software for scheduling and communication purposes.
Eagerness to learn and embrace the professional paid training
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
3 years of prior Call Center Customer Service, or Sales experience, ideally in a healthcare or dental setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong empathy and patience when dealing with patient inquiries.
Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software for effective scheduling.
