Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction project, including budget, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to project specifications, plans, and building codes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and project reports.
- Manage the procurement process for materials and services, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
- Work with the project team to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Coordinate with city officials, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee site development activities, including grading, excavation, and site utilities.
