Dunham & Jones Attorneys at Law, P.C. is seeking an entry level Accounting Clerk to assist with daily accounting operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Posting client payments in case management software.
- Monitor, prepare, and audit daily deposits for all satellite offices.
- Accounts Payable.
- Accounts Receivable.
- General office duties (filing, etc).
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration, accounting, finance or relevant field preferred but not required.
- General knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping – some experience is desired, but not necessary.
- Quickbooks knowledge a plus.
18 - 20 USD per hour(Austin Office)
