What You'll Do:
1. Category Strategy:
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize category sales and profitability.
- Create go-to-market plans for new products while managing legacy product evolution.
2. Product Selection & Development:
- Curate a competitive, high-quality product assortment that meets safety and compliance standards.
- Translate product visions into actionable project scopes for on-time, profitable launches.
- Collaborate on the end-to-end product development process, driving incremental growth and innovation.
3. Cross-Functional Partnerships:
- Collaborate with sourcing, marketing, and content teams to achieve impactful go-to-market objectives.
- Support Displays2go’s broader business initiatives and align with TAKKT's strategic goals.
4. Market & Sales Analysis:
- Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop value propositions and content that position Displays2go as a market leader.
5. Promotions & Pricing:
- Plan and execute promotions and pricing strategies to achieve category performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze category and sub-class performance metrics.
- Present strategic insights and performance updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Engage with marketing and customer success teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
