We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who takes the initiative, is flexible and collaborative, and who creatively problem solves for our customers.
What you'll do each day:
- You'll be the first impression of the company, the friendly voice on the phone saving the day for the customer with a plumbing, drain or HVAC issues.
- You'll be a great listener, so you know just how to take care of the customer's needs.
- You'll be efficient while scheduling a service call that suits the customer's schedule.
- You'll be accurate at data entry, making sure all the notes entered into the system for the Technician who will be dispatched for the repair, so he knows just what to do.
Schedule:
This position is located in our Columbus office and is required to be in-office. The hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
