Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Engineer on our Professional Services team, you'll join a highly skilled group dedicated to empowering you to excel. In this role, you will help lead the execution of complex IT projects for LMT clients, delivering impactful and innovative solutions. Success in this position requires strong technical expertise and exceptional collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to consistently exceed client expectations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and technology requirements when executing projects
• Execution of project work plans as described in the SOW

Onboard new clientsEmail migrationsServer projectsConfigure and install software, servers, routers and other network devicesDesign and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN) Create, oversee, and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)Implement MDMIT Asset Management Equipment prep for projectsOther projects as assigned

• Regularly report on project updates to the Project Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with the Project Engineering team and applicable vCIO's to create more efficient project methods to maintain project profitability
• Maintain detailed project documentation
• · Flexible schedule required to adapt to the needs of the project team with availability to work After-Hours when necessary
• Reliable mode of transportation required as approximately 50% of the Senior Project Engineer's time is spent onsite at Client sites
• Punctual and dependable attendance is required to meet the needs of our clients and the LMT team
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Working Conditions

• Hybrid Work Environment: a mix of office-based/remote work from home with 50% client site visits
• Will involve occasional travel to client sites in NJ and CA
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to timely and reliable transportation to get to work
