What are the responsibilities and job description for the Smart Club Administrator position at A Hiring Company?
We have an opening for a full-time Smart Club Administrator. This essential role is responsible for processing the data for Standard Heating's Smart Club membership program, including ensuring the accuracy and integrity of records through regular audits and timely renewals. This is an in-office position, located in Minneapolis.

Essential responsibilities include:
- Manage the daily membership program administrative duties to maintain program integrity.
- Enter new agreements & changes into internal CRM.
- Regularly audit current & expiring membership records.
- Send membership reminders via email/text/mailers.
- Ensure payments & refunds are accurately processed.
- Create reservations for tune-ups.
- Create accurate month-end reports.
- Other duties
- Receive inbound/make outbound calls & schedule service/sales/maintenance appointments as needed.
- Provide backup to call center inbound phones as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Scheduled M-F 8:30 – 5:00 with some variation as needed.
