Summary
As a Front Desk Receptionist at A&J Mobility, Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Located in a dynamic environment, this role is vital to ensuring smooth operations and fostering positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the facility with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Schedule appointments for product demonstrations or services as needed.
- Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with filing and clerical duties to support office management activities.
- Provide information about products and services to customers effectively both over the phone and to in-store customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office management practices is a plus.
- Experience with phone systems is beneficial but not required.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor that fosters positive interactions with customers.
Hours
- Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays 9:00-5:00
