Key responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, and policy development. The ideal candidate will also collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to inform decisions and strategies. Additionally, the successful applicant will serve as a link between management and employees, addressing questions, resolving work-related issues, and interpreting contracts.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 5-7 years of human resources generalist experience. You should also possess proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft Office products. A strong HR generalist with expertise in employee relations, performance management, corrective actions, and benefits administration is essential. Furthermore, proven experience collaborating with field managers and personnel to address site-specific needs is highly valued.
