Job Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in driving sales by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and building relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Provide product recommendations and pricing information to customers.
- Process orders, generate quotes, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the outside sales team to coordinate sales efforts.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Assist with inventory management and product availability inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of snow removal and truck equipment is required.
