We are looking for care providers that love babies!! and want a rewarding career caring for, teaching and helping them develop.
We are looking for loving and patient caregivers for Infant Care Providers to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children in our facilities. You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination. NOTE we are not a babysitting center and therefore you will not be permitted your cell phone or other electronic device while working.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Constantly interact and talk/sing with children
- Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track and age appropriate development
- Remain in communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children
- Observe children’s interactions and promote unity
- Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action
- Collaborate with other colleagues
- Adhere with policies, standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources
- Provide basic cleaning
Skills
- Patience, flexibility and love for children
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills
- Certificate in first aid and CPR (may obtain after hiring)
The position is for fixed 8 hour shifts ranging from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
