This position can be in person, hybrid or fully remote.

Our team is looking for an attorney that is experienced in trust administration and estate planning to join us. We stress the quality of life and quality of work at A.L. Harvey Law - come see how we are different from the traditional stuffy law firm.

Most importantly we want someone who will fit in and can assist with the following tasks :

  • Trust administration
  • Estate plan review
  • Estate plan drafting

We allow fully remote, hybrid schedule or fully in-the-office - you decide. We do want someone who has estate planning experience but most importantly we need someone who is friendly, personable, and willing to learn.

  • 115,000 - $135,000 annual salary

    • Responsibilities

  • Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney in accordance with state laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate proceedings.
  • Review and analyze estate plans to ensure they meet the client's objectives and comply with legal requirements.
  • Represent clients in estate planning meetings, court proceedings, and negotiations with other parties.
  • Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide clients with accurate and current legal advice.

    • Qualifications

  • California licensed attorney.
  • Law Degree.
  • Legal Estate Planning Experience.
  • US Work Authorization.
  • Proficient in Trust Administration.

    • Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
