Duties:
- Provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or related role is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with medication administration is desirable.
- Experience in providing care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's is beneficial.
Skills:
- Ability to cook nutritious meals for patients based on dietary requirements.
- Proficient in providing dementia care and managing behavioral challenges.
- Knowledge of home care practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and guidelines for patient privacy.
- Understanding of assisted living principles and practices.
- Competency in medication administration under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation.
- Ability to accurately measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
