Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastics manufacturing processes, including extrusion and blow molding. This role involves assembling components, operating machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. The Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and supporting the overall success of our manufacturing goals.
Duties
- Operate and monitor plastics extrusion and blow molding machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Assemble components using precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including lathes and hand tools, to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse environment.
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
Skills
- Proficient in plastics extrusion and blow molding processes.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for production tasks.
- Experience operating lathes and other manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
