OFFICE MANAGER
Position Summary:
A-LA AUTO INSURANCE is seeking an energetic and results-driven Office Manager to lead our team. This in-office position is critical to ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service at our office locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Open and close the office promptly and efficiently.
- Manage scheduling, underwriting, training/coaching, reporting, and implementing sales/marketing strategies while delegating tasks effectively to team members.
- Maintain open communication with upper management to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures by all employees.
- Assist customers with various insurance needs, including new policies, policy updates, payment processing, renewals, reinstatements, and general inquiries.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to assess their condition, age, and suitability for insurance coverage.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including adherence to any safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of insurance sales experience required.
- At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.
- County Mutual License required; Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
- Must complete continuing education courses to maintain an active license with TDI.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation required for daily marketing activities and bank deposits.
- Strong sales mentality and drive for success.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, with strong written, verbal, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly adapt to proprietary company software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
