What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker/Pastry Chef position at A La Mousse?
Happy New Year.....As we continue to expand, we are looking for someone with experience to help us produce quality pastries/desserts/cakes for our retail store. Should be passionate about baking and like working with others.
Should have experience with Mousse, Cakes, Chocolate etc
Individual should possess time management skills, ability to work alone and with others...
Some of the responsibilities include:
Scaling and baking recipes accurately
Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes
Prepare custom-made cakes based on customers’ preferences
Inventory of baking supplies as needed
Flexible schedule, weekends and overtime when necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.61 - $21.16 per hour
