MUST have experience managing a 6-8 person direct sales team.
The Position
Recruiting an Area Sales Manager for the Southeast for a B2B contractor focused on outdoor infrastructure solutions.
The company (confidential) is a key player in broad range of infrastructure solutions for outdoor environments, offering comprehensive services across multiple stages of development. The company is financially healthy with an excellent and professional (remote) working environment.
This position will oversee and grow the Southeast sales territory and will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team of at least 6-8 Direct Account Representatives and will be focused on coaching and developing team members to achieve sales targets and execute business development strategies to aggressively grow market share.
The candidate will also be familiar with modern sales methods and tools like CRM, structured pricing, key account management and sales operations and analytics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
