We are a wellness center located in Kittery, ME. Our mission focuses on helping others GET WELL through the power of nutrition and chiropractic care, and identifying the root cause of our patient's health ailments. We are seeking a candidate to work the front desk 3-4 days a week. THIS IS A PART TIME position offering about 15-20 hours a week on Tuesdays, every other Wednesday, and Thursdays. There is also the possibility of expanding into more days.

Office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are seeking someone who has a strong interest in holistic healthcare and alternative healthcare solutions. We are deeply committed to helping people in a natural way, and treating people's ailments from the root cause, rather than masking symptoms with medications. - Ability to multitask well - juggle phone calls, emails, office ordering, patient check in and out

- Ability to answer the phone, and respond to patient inquiries appropriately

- Check in/out patients - ability to efficiently take care and manage patient flow

- Schedule new and existing patients - adhere to intake procedures and policies for new and existing patients

- Check and respond to work emails - attend to patients through email and other office related inquiries

- Collect payments - take credit card, cash, check, and CareCredit payments

- Office cleaning (trash, sweep, vacuum, etc.) - office tidying as needed, take pride in our office look and vibe to create the best experience and presentation for our clients

- Other duties as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
