A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Account Associate - Insurance Accounts Receivable Representative for a Specialty Pharmacy, located in Monroeville, PA. The Representative will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week.

Compensation :
The pay for this position is $19.22 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Highlights :
This position is a contract assignment with potential to convert to a permanent role based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
The required availability for this position is Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM EST (flex start), with occasional in-office days (approximately 4 days per month), and additional days as needed for training.
Responsibilities :
Ensure timely and accurate account resolution for outstanding credit balances, demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers.
Review accounts related to the dispensing of prescription medications, maintaining chronological notes that document actions taken to resolve insurance and / or patient credit balances.
Maintain patient demographic information and manage data collection systems.
Complete assigned work queues according to payer and company policy guidelines.
Work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment to ensure timely and accurate refunds to insurance providers and patients.
Research and respond to insurance companies and other third-party entities regarding overpayments and related questions, through phone, email, and internet communication.
Requirements :
1 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement or insurance collections.
1 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Must reside within 1 hour of the Monroeville, PA office .
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Specialty Pharmacy Billing / Collections .
Strong problem resolution skills within healthcare reimbursement / claims.
Education :
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
