Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a remote opportunity in Pittsburgh? LHH is seeking a talented Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, short-term W2 Contract with strong potential to convert or extend.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile invoices, bills, and verify balances to the general ledger.
Support the collection efforts and calls for the accounts receivable portfolio.
Verify that transactions comply with firm policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the offshore shared service A/R team.
Improve the cash application process and reduce days cash in unapplied status.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new methods for improving internal processes and services.
Recognize, research, and recommend resolutions for moderate to complex work assignments.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of accounts receivable experience, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
