Cordia Resources is looking for a diligent Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist for a 3-month contract and will be hybrid in Robinson off of the Parkway West. This position will pay between $25-27/hr.

- Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances.
- Initiate and follow up on collection activities to ensure timely payments.
- Resolve issues related to receivables, including discrepancies and disputes.
- Strong billing experience required
- Strong Excel experience required
- Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts and communications.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
- Utilize Sage to manage and track customer interactions and account status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and billing.
- Experience with Sage is highly preferred but not required.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $25 - $27
