A-Line is now hiring a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT- Cardiac Invasive Technologist) in Morristown, NJ. This would be full time / 36 hours per week.If you are interested in this Cardiovascular Technologist, please email Heather Foret Hforet@alinestaffing.com or apply to this posting!Cardiovascular Technologist CompensationThe pay for this position is $62.00 / hrBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.Cardiovascular Technologist HighlightsShifts : 3 days a week, 8 : 00 AM - 8 : 30 PM (11.5 hours per shift).On-Call : Required to take 1 weeknight per week (7 : 30 PM - 7 : 00 AM) and 1 weekend per month.On-Call Pay : Eligible for on-call compensation with shift requirements.Cardiovascular Technologist ResponsibilitiesAssist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.Scrub in during diagnostic, cardiac interventional, and peripheral procedures.Prepare and care for adult and geriatric patients during procedures.Function in various roles : case recorder, circulator, and scrub assistant.Report clinical changes in patient condition to RN or physician.Perform point of care testing as per CLIA guidelines.Document all procedure-related information in the medical record and recording system, including labeling and entering charges.Maintain equipment, report malfunctions, and assist with equipment or supply replenishment.Adhere to sterile procedures and infection prevention standards.Cardiovascular Technologist RequirementsGraduation from an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program.BLS required; ACLS preferred.RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification preferred.2 years of experience as a Cardiac Invasive TechnologistIf you think this Cardiovascular Technologist is a good fit for you, please reach out to me by e-mail, or apply to this posting!Heather Foret – Recruiting AssistantHforet@alinestaffing.com
