The Case Manager serves as a vital liaison between healthcare providers, HUB care teams, and client reimbursement teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of patient reimbursement cases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers and facilities regarding patient reimbursement inquiries.
- Provide expert guidance on patient eligibility, benefits verification, prior authorization requirements, and claim submissions.
- Assist healthcare providers in navigating the reimbursement process, including troubleshooting denied claims and providing billing support.
- Collaborate with HUB care teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of patient cases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, industry regulations, and reimbursement guidelines.
- Document and track all interactions with providers and clients to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Educate providers and their staff on best practices for insurance reimbursement and billing procedures.
- Work within company policies and HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and patient privacy.
