A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Executive Assistant in Franklin Lakes, NJ;
The Executive Assistant would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40 hours per week.

Executive Assistant Compensation
The pay for this position is $25 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Executive Assistant Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is standard business hours, Monday–Friday
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and communication facilitation to the Integration Management Office (IMO) leadership team
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
Handle administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials
Respond to inquiries, handle confidential information, and draft sensitive correspondence
Schedule business travel, accommodations, and maintain expense reports using Concur and SAP
Organize, coordinate, and document staff meetings, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion
Manage functional correspondence, team newsletters, and program progress reports
Open new projects, track contracts and invoices, and manage vendor communication
Serve as a backup for other executive administrators as needed
Executive Assistant Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (College degree is a plus but not required)
Minimum of 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience, with at least 1 year as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing vendors and handling invoices
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and MS Office applications
Experience with Concur and SAP for travel and expense reporting
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information professionally
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a corporate or matrixed environment
Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities
Strong business acumen and proactive problem-solving skills
