Job Title : Finance Manager, Vendor & Operations Accounting
Shift : 1st Shift (M - F, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM)
Pay Rate : $45.00 Hour
Job Level : Mid-level to Senior (not entry-level; candidate must hit the ground running)
Managerial Scope : Manage 3 business units, starting with 1 unit for the first 30 days to assess fit
Finance Manager, Vendor & Operations Accounting Summary :
- Manage tele sales, customer interactions, and vendor relationships (3 vendors)
- Handle month-end tasks including accruals, gap accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Support the department's finance operations and vendor relations
- Ensure adherence to best accounting practices and financial procedures.
