A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Financial Analyst II . This role is remote. The Financial Analyst II would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40 hours per week .

Compensation
The pay for this position is between $43-$48 per hour depending on experience
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is M-F 9a-5p
Responsibilities
Month-End Close : Lead the month-end close process, including Expense (AP) tracking, accrual bookings, and variance commentary
Quarterly Reforecast & Annual Planning : Collaborate with Sales Leaders to ensure adequate funding for cost centers based on rate / volume / strategic changes
Administrative Management : Act as the liaison between External Vendors, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, and (SCOE) Operations
Month-End & Quarter-End Reporting : Analyze and present performance results to external vendors and internal teams, identifying trends and advising senior management on budget needs or cost-saving opportunities
Financial Modeling : Oversee and enhance financial models and dashboards, ensuring quality reporting and data accuracy; implement new expense models to guide future decisions
Ad Hoc Requests : Provide financial and data analysis support to internal teams as needed
Investment Business Cases : Support the development and review of annual business cases, ensuring cost and benefit accuracy
Special Projects : Serve as the Finance POC for SCOE, as needed
Requirements
10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance (accrual accounting)
8 years managing large budgets ($100M )
8 years supporting senior-level leadership
8 years performing data analytics and reporting financial results to internal stakeholders
Strong Excel modeling skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
