Key Responsibilities For Senior Technical Accounting Analyst

• Research and document technical accounting positions for complex transactions.
• Support SEC reporting by preparing disclosures and benchmarking.
• Analyze and implement new accounting standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess accounting and reporting impacts.
• Review contracts for accounting implications under U.S. GAAP.
• Assist in maintaining and improving accounting policies and procedures.
• Work with internal audit on SOX controls and compliance.
• Contribute to special projects related to technical accounting.
  
  

Qualifications For Senior Technical Accounting Analyst

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• 3 years of experience in public accounting or a relevant industry role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including revenue recognition, business combinations, and fair value accounting.
• Experience in technical research and preparing documentation.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements.
