Exciting Opportunity : Licensed Telesales AgentA-Line Staffing is now hiring Licensed Telesales Agents! This is a great opportunity to utilize your sales expertise and make a difference in Medicare customers' lives.Licensed Telesales Agent HighlightsPay : $20 / hour, paid bi-weekly.Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM ET, need flexibility to work Saturdays and until 8 : 00 PM ET on rotation (with notice - would replace one of the M-F days for that week).Location : Work-from-home, remote position with structured hours and support.Licensed Telesales Agent ResponsibilitiesField inbound calls from Medicare prospects and answer their questions in compliance with CMS regulations.Make outbound calls to prospects using a dialer system.Sell Medicare Part C, Part D, Medicare Supplement, and Ancillary healthcare products.Build a sales pipeline and convert prospects into new sales.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.QualificationsExperience : 1 year of telesales experience in a call center environment.3 years of Business-to-Consumer sales experience (phone or face-to-face) may substitute call center requirement.Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate technology systems.Self-starter with a proactive problem-solving attitude.Licensure : Active and valid license to sell healthcare plans is required.Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.If you are interested in this Licensed Telesales Agent position, please contact Madison Meredith at 469-890-1205 or email mmeredith@alinestaffing.com.
