Medicare Telesales Agent

NTT DATA Services currently seeks Remote Mediare Sales Agents to join our team. This is scheduled to be a 6 month work from home contract role. Estimated start date 2/10/2025.

Position Summary

Assist prospective members via phone, chat and/or email. Telesales agents will help prospects navigate through our website as well as answer questions regarding Medicare eligibility and benefits. Guide prospects on how to self-enroll. Complete enrollments via phone for those who are unable to do so online.

Duties

Assist prospective members via phone, chat and/or email. Telesales agents will help prospects navigate through our website as well as answer questions regarding Medicare eligibility and benefits. Guide prospects on how to self-enroll. Complete enrollments via phone for those who are unable to do so online.

Required Job Experience

• 2 years selling Medicare plans in a telesales environment
• 2 years working with Microsoft office in a work environment, including, Word and Excel.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• An effective communicator verbally and in written form with all levels of people and management.
• A take charge attitude to identify, research, and resolve difficult situations.
  
  

Education

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Hours: Mon- Fri. 8:00am - 5:00pm

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $19- 20 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
