Pharmacist Compensation
- Pay rate: $54.00 per hour
- Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Pharmacist Highlights
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute meal break)
- Monday – Saturday schedule (exact working days may vary)

Pharmacist Responsibilities
- Dispensing prescribed medications to patients and providing consultation on proper medication use
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations
- Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and potential interactions
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Managing pharmacy inventory and ensuring proper storage of medications
Pharmacist Requirements
- Active Pharmacist license in the state of Washington
- PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Previous retail or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
