Registered Pharmacist Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $58-$65 per hour based on experience.
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Registered Pharmacist Highlights

  • Shift specifics to be discussed at time of interview.
  • Start date : As soon as possible.
  • Monday though Friday and every 3rd Saturday.

    • Registered Pharmacist Responsibilities

  • Dispense medications accurately based on valid prescriptions while ensuring no drug interactions.
  • Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
  • Provide clinical services, including medication reviews and immunizations, as required.
  • Deliver professional customer service, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Manage daily pharmacy operations, including inventory and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct drug utilization reviews (DUR) to ensure appropriate medication use.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality standards in all pharmacy processes.

    • Registered Pharmacist Requirements

  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
  • Professional Pharmacy degree required. Doctorate preferred.
  • Wisconsin Pharmacist license required or temporary Wisconsin Pharmacist license required while obtaining active Pharmacist license that must be obtained within 60 days of receiving temporary license.
  • Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Pharmacist license.
  • BLS certification required.
  • 1 years related work experience required.
