RN Inpatient Case Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinates patients through the acute care hospitalization
- Manages all aspects of discharge planning/transition process
- Performs utilization management and quality screenings
RN Inpatient Case Manager Required Qualifications:
Inpatient Case Management is required
Education: BSN required
2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred
